About time

It's about time to go back...

I'll be in Taiwan for about a week at the beginning of Jan. I'll post the exact days later when I make the decision~

Finally, finished moving...

Finally, I'm now in my new apartment.

Here's something for people who might wants to study here in the U.S.

When you are looking for an apartment, don't look at the price only. Make sure you'll get an apartment with leasing office. This is fuxxing important, reasons are as below:

1. You'll likely to be treated equally. If you feel unfair treatment, you can definitely sue the leasing office... However, if you only have your landlord, it is difficult to sue him-_-

2. whenever there's something broken, the leasing office will fix it damn fast. However, a landlord will tell you to take it.

3. Don't be fooled about "close to school". The closer to your school (or work), the landlord will be more tough on you since you are more like "you have to take the place". In fact, get a good car, you can stay in a better place.

Finally, discrimination is actually everywhere... don't take it too seriously and you'll feel better!!

Facebook Restaurant City

I am addictive.

I have to admit that I played a lot of facebook recently, although I really have nothing special to do.

However, I think I'll be working more on facebook and myspace in the future. Of course, I will have more time to post things up here (I know it has been years that I haven't update anything on here...).

Anyhow, my new job is really challenging, and risky. I don't even know whether I will be able to do it or now... Hopefully things will go just like what I thought. Being a business consultant is really difficult, especially during this sucks business environment. Everyone wants their business well, however, no one has enough money to pay me (or my company) to do this...

Fortunately, I still have the chance to be a tutor at University of La Verne. Here, I am a certified tutor and mainly responsible for almost all the MBA courses. Although I was working as a student worker, but the supervisor began to feel my importance and now trying to change my working status into a non-student worker. The good side of this is, I'll become a officially hired employee to University of La Verne. In addition, this also means I will be paid more accordingly, not as cheap as before... (I really wonder how high it could be, but I will get a raise for sure -_-).

I don't even know why I am typing all these shit here... maybe it is really because I have nothing to do and waiting boring in Starbucks... perhaps...

Anyhow, I'm not sure whether all my friends can read my writing or not, but I wish everybody happy and have a great weekend!!

Shoot!!! Moving to Long Beach tomorrow!! So exciting!!! Finally, I'll be able to leave my old place and I'll be treated more like a human in the future... I really hate my fxxking land lord.

昨天畢業啦…

雖然還有幾科最後的期末考和報告要交，不過也算是大功告成

有空再多寫點東西唄…
